My husband and I would highly recommend Nikki! We recently moved here, 10 hrs away from family, and were nervous about a stranger watching our kids. I have significant chronic health conditions and my husband works full time, so it's difficult to get out for errands or date nights. With no family or friends nearby, we needed someone we could trust and build a rapport with. Nikki helped me feel comfortable through texts and a phone interview before coming to babysit. She was flexible when plans changed, which is very important to us with our lifestyle. She brought gifts for the kids to help break the ice and was very warm and friendly right off the bat. Her calm but bubbly personality made the kids comfortable within minutes; something that's important to every parent. Nikki sent me text, photo and video updates throughout the day. Nikki came right in and instantly connected with my son. She was great and very responsible. She was available last minute and was a great help for me. My so woke up the next morning wondering where she went, know I know he enjoyed the time with her. Overall 11/10, would definitely recommend Nikki.
